I'm off to Europe for a 6-week Fulbright. Will rent my 140 east Bear Island cottage (built by Merrill Fay's father in 1931)  to good people (for my living expenses in Europe).

2 docks, view of Mt. Washington, great swimming/fishing. Large LR, DR with fieldstone fireplace, equipped kitchen with dishwasher and appliances, gas grill/smoker, outdoor furniture, woodstove for chilly evenings, 3 BR (1 with 2 dbl bunks) plus sleeping loft, 1 bath (tub/shower). Porch with extra frig, freezer, washer/dryer. Ready to live in. Great neighbors. No pets or inside smoking. Rarely rented. 2 canoes, small sail boat, paddlewheel boat.
